Payment We accept payment by credit card only, and accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We cannot accept payment from credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States. Shipping Methods and Costs We ship by USPS Mail for a flat rate of $6.50 per order of any size. If you would prefer a different shipping method, please include your request in the convenient comments box at the bottom of the order page. Special shipping, like overnight , will cost extra; we will manually recalculate your order total and email the cost quotes to you before charging your card and shipping. Gift Orders If your order is a gift, use the comments box to include special instructions: gift wrap, different address, special shipping, or an inscription to be added to a card and for any autographed books. There is a nominal charge of $5.00 for gift wrap per order. Security Our product catalog uses secure connections to protect your information during and after any shopping transaction.
